I am responsible for the expansion of next level consulting in the Asia-Pacific region and the training of local cooperation partners. We focus on training and development of international customers.

My experience

  • Accompanying a NIS/NIS2 implementation (EU measures for a high common level of cyber security) for a global company based in Austria.
  • Consulting and implementation in the area of cyber security.
  • Implementation of a global cyber security program in 52 countries for an international IT service provider.
  • Line management of more than 100 employees and management of a budget of up to € 15 million.
  • Project management, sometimes with a budget of more than € 1 million, using waterfall and agile methods.
  • Set up a Project Management Office (PMO) for up to 100 project managers for more than 200 projects.
  • Conducting various training courses for PMI chapters in Singapore, Bangkok and Manila.

Privat

I am married and have two wonderful daughters. I love Asia and its culture and I spend as much time there as possible. I am also a passionate diver, squash player and cineast.
