My focus is on change management and process management consulting as well as on team and leadership development. I emphasise on checking, understanding, deciding and implementing. Mobility starts in the mind. My main focus is aerospace, automotive industry and plant construction.

Private
In my spare time I love to ride my motorcycle and play the surdo in a samba band. Plus the care for my inner child is very important to me, who wants to live, love and laugh.
