IT & Infrastructure next level holding
My main duties lie in IT user support as well as the acquisition, maintenance and optimisation of next level IT. I also take care of the next level infrastructure, including office equipment and compliance with security standards. In addition to my IT role, I plan and conduct comprehensive training courses for various tools for our customers, whereby I attach great importance to practical knowledge and adapting the content to the individual needs of the participants. I use my project management skills in internal projects, where I take on strategic and operational tasks, coordinate teams, create detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure that all objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

- Apprenticeship in information technology + Vocational baccalaureate (next level holding GmbH)
- Training as a specialist trainer (BFI Vienna)
- Diversity Management & Gender Mainstreaming Certificate (Integrationswerkstatt)
- Certified Project Management Associate IPMA@ Level D

- Project manager of a relocation project for next level consulting
- Implementation of various tool trainings (Jira, OnePlan, MS Project, MS Teams)
- Dissolution of a decentralized filing system to a cloud-based solution and development of communication structures
- Support during the introduction of CRM and LMS systems
- Technical support for a website relaunch
- Creation of a learning path for software for the central management of PowerPoint templates
- Establishment of centralized cloud-based device management and several successful device rollouts according to lifecycle management

Private
When I am not working, I love reading a book or giving my creativity free rein and drawing using digital tools. I also enjoy entertainment media such as films and video games in my free time – often together with my friends and family. Spending a lot of time with my friends and family is one of my general priorities.
