Planuvis

A stand-alone application with AI support and comprehensive reporting options.

Simple, standardised and comprehensible planning is the prerequisite for professional project management. This tool helps you to plan project content using proven project management methods and to visualise it in a way that is comprehensible for everyone involved. Planuvis is a stand-alone application with AI support and comprehensive reporting options.

Ready for immediate use

Ready for immediate use

Planuvis can be easily installed on the workstation and is then immediately ready for use: The master data can be configured locally or centrally for all users

With the support of artificial intelligence (AI), you have an initial approach available in just a few minutes via an initial project definition.

Planuvis supports all established classic project management methods and visualises the project plans. The work breakdown structure in particular allows you to quickly identify progress, traffic light status and responsibilities, as well as schedule dependencies, references to delivery results and cost drivers.

If you are unable to use the software intuitively, we offer you customised qualifications in face-to-face form or as a webinar, from pure tool training to target group-specific PM method fresh-up)!

Impress your project client and your project team with up-to-date, visualised and appealing project plans and use the time you gain to concentrate on your project!

Precisely tailored to you

Precisely tailored to you

Planuvis supports you with a logical master data configuration and standard reports.

However, we offer you the option of customising the tool to your specific needs:

Our offer ranges from quick initial design adjustments (logo, company colours) to extensive configuration options for the standard application. Master data can be easily customised and expanded using a separate tool. Reports such as project orders, status reports or even an entire project manual can be customised to the company's requirements either independently using a separate reporting language or with the support of next level consulting.

However, adaptations/extensions can also be realised using the configuration options provided (such as the implementation of useful interfaces).

With software that suits your organisation, we increase the efficiency of users and support their intrinsic motivation when planning and managing projects.

Flexible licence model

Flexible licence model

Planuvis offers a flexible and easily scalable licence model. The application can be purchased once or rented without an initial investment [ES1]. You can also pilot the software cost-effectively with just a few users and only extend the licence at a later date.

Planuvis does not differentiate between users or licence modules, so the entire functionality can be used with a user licence. A user licence starts at a one-off fee of €1,700 for the purchase option OR €87 per month for the rental option.

Describe your situation and requirements to us without obligation and we will offer you a suitable complete package, from licensing, installation and configuration support to the qualification of your end users.

Established PM methods

The menu structure on the left offers all established, classic PM methods, which are also always displayed visually:

  • Define goals and non-goals
  • Identify and cluster environments and stakeholders
  • Plan your results, services, deadlines, resources, costs and risks
  • Plan your project organisation, define responsibilities or establish rules of the game
  • Visualise your planning as a work breakdown structure, project organisation chart or risk matrix

Work breakdown structure (1/2)

One of the most important project plans and central communication tools for us is the work breakdown structure (WBS). This offers a central input option in Planuvis:

  • Create phases, work packages and milestones directly in the WBS
  • Move and copy tasks using drag & drop without waiting time
  • Zoom in to the top bird's eye view or work package details as required
  • Work with a note overlay to visualise team agreements directly in the meeting
  • Use the right-hand ribbon to view or edit detailed data comprehensively

Work breakdown structure (2/2)

One of the most important project plans and central communication tools for us is the work breakdown structure (WBS). In Planuvis, this also offers comprehensive evaluation options:

  • Visualise logical dependencies via scheduling relationships
  • Highlight cost drivers and cost variances visually
  • Highlight specific work packages based on a reference to delivery objects, stakeholders, risks, etc.
  • Visualise progress or the traffic light status directly in the WBS

Ensuring integrated project planning

Even if many PM methods are visualised separately, elements can be meaningfully linked, which ensures consistent planning and traceability, as well as enabling highlighting in the work breakdown structure (WBS):

  • Results are provided via WBS tasks.
  • Stakeholders are processed via WBS tasks.
  • Project core team members of the project organisation take responsibility for work packages of the WBS.
  • Measures to prevent specific risks are part of WBS work packages.

Tracking changes

Project managers decide which planning status is interesting and should be cancelled in order to track changes or interesting deviations:

  • Create snapshots that can also be used to track new or deleted elements (work packages, risks, etc.).
  • Comparison with the baseline plan after project release (at project initiation or project start) or any status report (of a project controlling cycle) for the current project plan.
  • Basis for project status reports or similar reports (target/actual comparison).

Extensive reporting options
  • Reports can be designed comprehensively (an entire project manual can be generated automatically).
  • Information can be integrated as text, as a table and partly as a graphic (such as PSP).
  • Texts can be formatted automatically (e.g. traffic light status in the appropriate font colour).
  • Configured templates can be used directly or transferred to other users (XML template).
