The trainings are realised faster, target audiences have a more practical experience that they can relate to and the embedded learnings are comparably more sustainable than legacy training approaches.  As part of the co-creation process we listen to aspects of the current knowledge of the participants and determine the gaps in areas where input is needed to reach a desired outcome. This is important to foster motivation to learn something new and create an environment to practice and embed knowledge. In this exploration, we will consider together with you how content can be compiled into a storyline or use cases, how the messages can be conveyed in the most efficient way.
