next level consulting’s (Vienna) management has repositioned itself. At the end of November 2016, the CEO Wolfgang Rabl incorperated its newest members, Katharina Kanzler (CFO; Finance and Controlling), Bettina Sattler (CMO; Marketing) and Sandra Schwendtner (CHRO; Human Resources) as into the company’s management board. "next level consulting continues its strategic course for growth by pursuing this realignment.", Rabl explains. "With our areas of expertise – project, process and change management – we want to continue penetrating the market." At present, there are more than 100 consulting specialists working for next level consulting in various locations around the globe, such as Austria, Slovakia, Germany, France, Switzerland, South Africa, Thailand, Singapur, Australia and the USA.

The newly appionted board members are experts in their field and harness great leadership skills Katharina Kanzler is an experinced financial expert. She joined the company in 2010, and is now responsible for the groups finance department. Bettina Sattler, graduated with a Masters Degree in "International Business and Marketing" in London, she has a rich international experience, and joined next level in 2012. Bettina is the marketing lead and is  responsible for the innovative ad strategic positioning of the next level brand. Lastly, Sandra Schwendtner, who joined next level consulting as early as 2001, specialized in human resource management. As the head of HR for the group, Sandra will focus on a key part of next level, its people and their ongoing strategic development.
