Markus Felder will assume the office as the new managing director of the next level academy GmbH on 1 March 2019 and will give a fresh impetus to the public training programmes. Under his new leadership, next level aims at launching new products and services in the areas project, process, change, and agile management in the education sector.

Manfred Pfeifer, who has been the head of the next level academy for almost 14 years, will remain at next level and establish and develop the new interim management department.

Mag. Markus Felder, MSc is originally from the Austrian state of Burgenland. He has gained considerable professional experiences as managing director of the Energieallianz Austria GmbH and the Energie Burgenland AG, leading energy supply companies. Additionally, he shows extensive expertise in the fields of sales and customer service. He has been working as a self-employed mental trainer for one year now. As mental coach, he focuses on a steady increase of personal performance and accomplishments in both the professional and sports sector. He aims at spreading and sharing his knowledge of how to exploit one’s full potential with his customers.

“Life has so much opportunities to offer; one has to seize them”, says Markus Felder.  As new managing director of the next level academy, he seeks to support people in acquiring the right methods and competences for their very own personal development. Companies as well as employees should equally benefit from these methods. His main ambition is to establish new methods and trainings, deriving from previous professional experiences in the sports industry (mental trainings and sports psychology).

In his leisure time, Markus Felder likes to go hiking and do all sorts of sports. If time permits, he likes to travel and relax.
