CIP compact - Methodically Optimising Processes

This training is only available as in-house training.

Even well-established processes need continual fine-tuning and improving upon. Using continuous improvement processes enables you to not only “stay good”, but to consistently get better. After this training you will be familiar with the success factors of implementing continuous improvement in small steps.
