Professional Scrum Master - Exam Preparation

In this training course, the rules of the Scrum GuideTM are repeated through the eyes of a Scrum Master, deepened and supplemented with best practice examples. With additional self-study (e-learning), you will prepare specifically for the exam to become a Professional Scrum MasterTM (PSM I according to Scrum.org).

What you will learn

  • Get to know the modalities and procedure of the exam
  • Work on essential exam content according to Scrum.org
  • Simulate exam-like units
  • Develop a roadmap for your individual preparation
  • Develop an individual strategy for the exam
  • Tips and tricks for preparation and exam

 

Process

  • Understanding the Scrum Guide (Live Online Training - 0,5 days)
    After the joint onboarding and a review of the Scrum Guide key points, the aim is to gain clarity about the further preparation and certification process. Selected exam questions are solved and valuable dos and don'ts for the exam are made transparent.
  • E-learning (content for 20 hours)
    You will deepen your knowledge through self-study and check your progress by means of a preparation quiz and assessments. In a Scrum chat you can exchange ideas with other examinees and the trainer and thus receive valuable support, especially in the final stages of preparation.

 

Prerequisite:

  • Prerequisite for the participation is the completion of the training "Scrum in Projects" or similar know-how.
  • As a preparation we recommend reading the Scrum Guide (www.scrumguides.org).
  • The Scrum.org exam fee of 200,- USD is not included in the participation fee of the training
