The RML Campus was created to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for all tasks in the ambitious energy transition project. Whether training, coaching or moderation: The campus offers customised programmes to broaden horizons and promote a corporate culture.
What does the RML Campus offer?
- Training and coaching: next level supports the acquisition of practical know-how, individually adapted to the respective tasks. Whether face-to-face training, virtual classrooms or e-learning - the programme is flexible and suitable for every new role.
- Training organisation: From onboarding to specific further training, the RML Campus organises all the necessary training formats, including needs analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Webinars and e-learning: We currently offer training on topics such as SharePoint, security briefings and data protection. In the future, we will expand our range to include further e-learning courses so that training can be completed individually and flexibly.
