The link between project management and change management is an important but often neglected aspect. Project managers tend to focus only on the project. They leave change management out of the equation. It is therefore important to clearly define responsibilities and get people on board to take care of change projects. In theory, project managers have long been aware of the importance of change management. Now it is time to put this knowledge into practice.
Artificial Intelligence in Change Management
The exchange of experiences on the role of AI in change management revealed some impressive approaches. From using AI for analysis and forecasting to creating change stories with AI tools such as ChatGPT, the possibilities are endless. AI not only increases efficiency, but also opens up new ways to make change processes more interactive and targeted.
Despite all the potential, the human aspect of change management must never be lost. AI should be seen as a support, not a replacement, for human skills. The combination of AI technologies and empathetic leadership creates the best conditions for successful change processes.
Thinking ahead together
We have not only sought answers, but also raised questions that we will continue to think about together. Change doesn't happen on its own, but together it becomes tangible. The ideas and discussions of the evening showed us the importance of sharing ideas within the community.
