My main duties

My work involves organising, planning, structuring as well as leading and moderating expert teams, also with an interdisciplinary approach. The implementation and execution of transparent project management processes is one side of the coin. The other side has a lot to do with communication, moderation and empowerment of various project teams.

• Change management, master planning and process consolidation for a leading data centre
• Project leadership requirements capturing for the digital archiving of a major Austrian bank
• Head of quality management in a large bank project for the development of a trading platform
• Development and implementation of new contract conditions for a financial services company
• Introduction of ITIL at 3 sites (Vienna, Graz, Zagreb) for the IT department of a media group
• Project management of the strategy implementation “introduction of outsourcing” for an IT systems company
• Support of a real estate group in the introduction of process management

My private interests

My creative side helps me in special project situations, but I also enjoy making use of it to plan outdoor activities and travels, or even in the kitchen. In the winter, I go skiing as often as I can.
